1. How long does shipping take?

• Processing (Made-to-Order): Wedding dresses and gowns are often made to order and can take 4 to 12 weeks to craft before shipping . Veils may take 2-5 days to process .

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days . Free shipping is offered on many items .

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on many qualifying orders. International orders are responsible for all duties and taxes .

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but international orders are often final sale and not eligible for return . The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes .

4. What if I order the wrong size?
Size selection is the customer's responsibility . We strongly recommend professional measurements. Due to the made-to-order nature, sizing errors are not grounds for a refund . It's always best to size up rather than down .

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order . After that, if production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible .

6. Do veils come with a comb attached?
Most of our veils have an attached comb for secure placement. Please check the specific product listing for details .

7. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay .

8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 1-7 business days to process. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement .
