Final Sale Policy for Bridal Items
Due to industry standards, all wedding dresses, gowns, and veils are generally considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective . This is because each item is often custom-made or handled with hygiene considerations .
Made-to-Order, Custom, and Intimate Items:

Wedding Dresses and Gowns: Items made to your specific measurements or with design customizations are non-returnable and non-refundable .

Veils, Hairpieces, and Accessories: For hygiene reasons, these items are typically non-returnable once opened, especially if custom-made .
Returns for Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)
For eligible non-custom, standard-size accessories (if explicitly stated in the product listing):

Return Window: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return .

Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, unworn, with all original tags attached and in original packaging .

Cancellations

Once production or tailoring has begun, the order cannot be canceled .
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. You must report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 3 days of receipt . Please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to the manufacturer's policy .
