  • Dresses & Gowns: Made-to-order items typically require 4-12 weeks for production .

  • Veils & Accessories: Process within 1-5 business days .

2. Shipping Areas & Carriers

  • Domestic: Contiguous US via UPS Ground or USPS . A signature is required for all shipments to protect your purchase .

  • International: Shipped via USPS International Delivery (5-7 business days after processing) . Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes .

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders . Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours . Orders in production cannot be canceled.
