1. Products & Orders

• We sell bridal apparel and accessories: wedding dresses, gowns, and veils.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

• Many items are made-to-order; production times are estimates and subject to change based on material availability and craftsmanship .

• By placing an order, you agree to our final sale policy for bridal items .

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

• Custom and made-to-measure items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged .

• By providing your measurements, you confirm their accuracy. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit based on customer-provided measurements .

• Once the tailoring process has begun, orders cannot be canceled .

3. User Responsibilities

• Size selection is your sole responsibility . We recommend professional measurements.

• Inspect all items immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days .

• Follow all product care instructions; we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for fit issues based on customer-provided measurements .

5. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
